2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Name-surname, contact details (email, phone, address), company/title information, billing information, and interaction history.
4. Method and Legal Basis for Data Collection
Your data is collected through our website, email, or physical forms. The processing is based on the establishment of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and the fulfillment of legal obligations within the aviation industry.
5. Data Retention Periods
Your data is stored for 20 years for standard business operations and up to 35 years when necessary for supporting long-term aviation and technical support programs.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to inquire whether your data is being processed, request information if processed, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, and request the deletion of your data under certain conditions.
BRNavionics Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesine İlişkin Aydınlatma Metni
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca, BRNavionics veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizi aşağıda açıklanan çerçevede ve mevzuata uygun olarak işlemektedir.
1. Veri Sorumlusu
Kişisel verileriniz, BRNavionics tarafından işlenmektedir.
2. Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı
Kişisel verileriniz şu amaçlarla işlenmektedir:

3. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler
Ad-soyad, iletişim bilgileri (e-posta, telefon, adres), şirket/ünvan bilgileri, fatura bilgileri ve işlem geçmişi.
4. Kişisel Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi
Verileriniz; web sitemiz, e-posta veya fiziksel formlar aracılığıyla toplanmaktadır. İşleme süreci; sözleşmenin kurulması, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati ve havacılık sektöründeki hukuki yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi hukuki sebeplerine dayanmaktadır.
5. Veri Saklama Süreleri
Verileriniz, ticari teamüller gereği 20 yıl; uzun vadeli havacılık ve teknik destek programları kapsamında gerekli olduğu durumlarda ise 35 yıl boyunca saklanmaktadır.
6. İlgili Kişi Hakları (KVKK Madde 11)
Şirketimize başvurarak; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme ve verilerinizin silinmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
